Zullo Coffee Roasters started in 2018 as a modest full-fledged coffee shop located in Tiendesitas in Ortigas East, Pasig City. At the height of the pandemic, the company saw it as an opportunity to expand and rebrand the name to Zullo Coffee & Loaf in 2021. The new “on-the-go” concept store will have different branches from different parts of Metro Manila to cater more customers.
Owned and operated by John Joe’s Coffee Roasters Corporation, Zullo Coffee & Loaf is the first in the Philippines to offer unique yummy waffles and various flavors of moist loaf cakes. This original concept was paired with various blended coffee, hot and cold, to quench the cravings of the Filipinos.
As the company saw potential growth in 2021, Zullo Coffee & Loaf decided to expand and reach different parts of key cities in Metro Manila and near provinces. The company also added more products such as pasta, cookies, croissants, and coffee flavors. It is the first-of-its-kind store even got patented by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines.
Aside from the Zullo Coffee & Loaf, John Joe’s also holds a technology solutions company called TrendCom I.T. and Software Solutions Inc. (www.trendcomsoftware.com).
Established in 2004, TrendCom is one of the most prominent IT and Software solutions providers in the Philippines. Its head office is located at Ortigas Central Business District, in Pasig City.
